The Northeast Hawley Development Association (NEHDA), is a not-for-profit community housing agency committed to revitalizing and stabilizing the northeast sector of Syracuse. Established in 1974, NEHDA provides homeownership opportunities for underserved low to moderate income households by offering new construction or totally rehabbed homes to eligible households. Outreach, advocacy and community building are major components of our program which sustain a positive quality of life for all residents and stakeholders within our service area. These efforts have stabilized neighborhoods in the area and continue to be an integral part of our revitalization strategy.
